The items purchased from CastleSeven Combat are for lawful use only.

It is company policy to ONLY sell ammunition and firearms to US citizens.

CastleSeven Combat will not and cannot ship outside the USA.

CastleSeven Combat reserves the right to deny a purchase for any reason.

Purchasing Affirmations

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL dealer prior to placing an order with CastleSeven Combat to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they are willing to receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive. By purchasing a firearm or ammunition from CastleSeven Combat, you affirm the following:

• You are a legal resident of the state in which you are ordering,
• You are 21 years of age or older (for the purchase of handguns, stockless shotguns, complete AR/AK receivers, or stripped lower receivers),
• You have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year,
• You have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution,
• You have never been a fugitive from justice, an unlawful user of any controller substance,
• You have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces,
• You are a US Citizen and have never renounced your US citizenship,
• You have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence,
• You are not subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child.

Shipping Restrictions

• CastleSeven Combat will not ship ANY inventory to the District of Columbia.
• CastleSeven Combat will not ship ANY inventory to the state of Massachusetts.
• CastleSeven Combat will not ship ANY AR/AK parts or firearms to the state of Washington
• CastleSeven Combat will not ship ANY AR/AK parts or firearms to residents of any of the following places:
  • State of Connecticut
  • State of Colorado
  • State of California
  • State of Maryland
  • State of New Jersey
  • State of New York
  • Chicago, IL
  • Cook County, IL
  • Deerfield, IL

Magazine Restrictions

CastleSeven Combat does not ship magazines that violate state or local magazine restrictions. If you place an order from a ban state and your order includes an item that is accompanied by a magazine that would fall outside the restrictions of your jurisdiction, the magazine will be removed prior to shipping and will not be replaced or refunded.

Melting Point Law Restrictions

ILLINOIS: All hand guns have a barrel, slide, frame, or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit are prohibited.

MINNESOTA: All hand guns having a barrel, slide, frame, or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, of any material having an ultimate tensile strength of less than 55,000 pounds per square inch, and of any powdered metal having a density of less than 7.5 grams per cubic centimeter are prohibited.

HAWAII: All handguns having a frame or receiver of which is a die casting of zing alloy which has a melting temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit are prohibited.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. By placing an online order with CastleSeven Combat, customer hereby:

• Submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in Warren County, Kentucky, in any litigation, suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or relating to, the order or these Terms and Conditions,
• Knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of said court,
• Waives any right to dismiss or transfer it may have based on improper venue or forum nonconveniens to the conduct of any proceeding in said court.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall to any extent be held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then: (a) the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected, and every remaining provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be valid and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law, and (b) a suitable and equitable provision shall be substituted for such invalid and unenforceable provision in order to carry out, so far as may be valid and enforceable, the intent and purpose of such invalid or unenforceable provision.
