Shipping Policies

WE DO NOT SHIP TO CALIFORNIA, ILLINOIS, HAWAII, ALASKA, WASHINGTON DC, CHICAGO, NEW YORK, OR MASSACHUSETTS. These states are either cost-prohibitive to ship to, or are so draconian in their state and local regulations as to not be worth the potential liability.

CastleSeven Combat uses a variety of carriers for shipping and routinely evaluates carrier options to offer budget and expedited options to our customers. We currently offer shipping via USPS or UPS.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 or 2 business days following the day your order is placed. Holidays, weather, or high volume times may impact this estimate. Once your order has shipped we’ll send a tracking number to the email address you provide during checkout .

All items will be sent to the same address. If you need to items from an order to be shipped to different addresses, please create multiple orders.

Accessories (or firearms that include accessories) which contain lithium batteries will only be shipped via USPS to save additional fees.

Ammunition will be shipped via UPS Ground, and is only available to the 48 contiguous states. If the amount of ammo in your order exceeds 66lbs (30kg), additional charges will apply.

Customers ordering a handgun and electing to ship via UPS are required to use Next Day Air Service (conditional on UPS Shipping rates being offered at the time the order is placed).

All firearms shipped via USPS will use Priority Mail Express with Return Service and Signature Confirmation.

Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, CastleSeven Combat is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs. You will have the option to purchase insurance that will cover loss/damage/theft that occurs during transit. Please note that this insurance does not cover errors in any of the shipping information provided during checkout.

If you attempt to purchase a firearm that includes magazines that are restricted in your state, county, or city, your order will ship without the restricted magazines. Customers are responsible for knowing what is legal in their locale.
