Firearms and Ammunition
ALL SALES OF FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you discover an issue or problem with a firearm purchased through CastleSeven Combat, please refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty. For certain firearms, CastleSeven Combat may be able to assist with returning a firearm to the manufacturer, and we would be happy to assist you.
Firearm and ammunition sales are considered final upon shipment.
Returns of items other than firearms and ammunition
Returns on most other items will be accepted within 15 days of their purchase date for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a new, unused, and unopened state. It must be in the original packaging. Any and all returns will be handled at management’s discretion.
Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Pre-owned items or inventory sold in a ‘used’ condition
- Optics – Customers receiving new condition defective optics should contact the optic manufacturer directly.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
ALL ITEMS RETURNED TO CASTLESEVEN COMBAT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COMPLETED RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) FORM. PLEASE CONTACT SALES@CASTLESEVENCOMBAT.COM PRIOR TO SHIPPING ANY RETURNS TO RECEIVE A RMA NUMBER.
Debit/Credit Card Charge-backs
A 20% restocking fee and an amount equal to the full, original shipping costs will be charged for any finalized orders cancelled via debit/credit card charge-back after shipment to the receiving FFL. By shopping and placing an order with CastleSeven Combat, the customer agrees to pay all restocking and shipping fees associated with any order that is cancelled via debit/credit card charge-back following shipment to the receiving FFL. CUSTOMER AUTHORIZES AND CONSENTS TO CASTLESEVEN COMBAT CHARGING THE ABOVE LISTED FEES TO THE DEBIT/CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ORDER.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, start by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting an RMA #.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a shipping service with parcel tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
